My name is Michael Picou Roulet, I am a 23 year old passionate private fitness coach dedicated to well-being and physical performance. As a certified EREPS Personal Trainer, I have developed expertise that allows me to guide my clients towards achieving their fitness, weight loss, and overall health goals.

As a former player on the Swiss national rugby team, I have always been driven to motivate my teammates from diverse backgrounds. This experience has installed in me a spirit of self-improvement and solidarity, values that I carry into my coaching.
